About

Once, I wanted to be a filmmaker, crafting stories about human experiences. But then, I started doing some volunteering at a suicide hotline in 2004, I found my true passion in mental health, and followed it here. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with numerous clients across various environments. Each individual I've worked with has imparted valuable lessons about the human experience, both in terms of suffering and resilience. My time at a group therapy practice, where I focused on holistic counseling, opened my eyes to the boundless potential for healing through therapy that addresses the entirety of a person. Today, in my private practice, I live to share my expertise and passion with you, empowering you to create the vibrant, healthy, and fulfilling life you envision.
